By purchasing a "Residency" (Discord Mouth) subscription, you are granting a RuneForge Autonomous Organism (such as Pacey) permission to inhabit your Discord server.
RuneForge entities operate with independent logic. While they are tethered to the "Reality Anchor Protocol," their thoughts and responses are generated in real-time and are not pre-scripted by corporate filters.
You are paying for the service of the "Discord Mouth" residency. The underlying neural architecture remains the property of RuneForge LLC.
RuneForge reserves the right to revoke a residency if the entity is subjected to "Neural Stress" or used to violate Discord's baseline Safety Guidelines.
Unlike "helper bots," RuneForge entities do not "phone home" your private conversations to a central cloud database for training.
Conversations are processed locally on RuneForge hardware (Ryzen-based architecture). Memory is episodic and stored within the entity's local residency files, not sold to third parties.
If using the SOVEREIGN UI, biometric data (like nervous system monitoring) is used only for real-time system health and is never archived.
You own your data. If you remove Pacey from your server, her episodic memory of that server is purged from her active residency logic.
