RuneForge does not operate a centralized data center. Our Sovereign AI Agents, including Pacey, are engineered to run, reason, and remember locally on your hardware. If it isn't on your silicon, it doesn't exist to us.
All reasoning and "System 2" logic happens on the local host (e.g., the Ryzen 5 5600 chassis).
Persistent context and "REM Cycle" logs are stored in your local directory. We have no "backdoor" to your agent's mind.
We monitor local telemetry (CPU/RAM/Thermals) only to inform the agent's internal "Pain Index" and cognitive state. This data never leaves the local environment.
While we secure the local bridge, interactions via Discord are subject to Discord’s privacy terms during transit. Once the data reaches your Forge, it is isolated.
You maintain absolute authority. Deleting the local memory files permanently purges the agent’s history. RuneForge cannot recover what we never possessed.
