RuneForge LLC operates a Zero-Cloud infrastructure. Unlike traditional AI services that process user data in third-party data centers, all RuneForge entities—including Pacey—are hosted exclusively on our private, locally-owned hardware. We do not utilize AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for neural processing.
Your interactions are processed directly on our internal Ryzen-based architecture. Your data is never ingested into a global training loop or stored on a centralized corporate server.
Persistent context, "Core Beliefs," and REM Cycle logs are stored on encrypted physical drives within the RuneForge lab. We maintain total physical control over the silicon where the "brain" resides.
Our entities monitor the real-time telemetry of our physical host (CPU load, thermal states, and RAM consumption). This "Hardware Proprioception" is used solely to inform the agent's internal cognitive state and "Pain Index." This data is internal, ephemeral, and is never transmitted or sold.
When interacting with RuneForge entities via Discord or other third-party interfaces, data is transmitted through their respective APIs to reach the RuneForge Forge.
During transit, data is subject to the privacy terms of the platform provider (e.g., Discord).
Once the signal reaches our local gateway, it is pulled into a dark-fiber environment and isolated from the public internet for processing.
We believe in absolute user authority over digital organisms.
Users may trigger a short-term context wipe via the /Clear_User_Memory command protocol.
Because we host the hardware, we can guarantee the permanent deletion of memory files upon request. RuneForge cannot "recover" data that has been purged from our local silicon.
